I was concerned coming in because of my other experiences with oportun but kalia without a doubt is pretty amazing, she explains everything with amazing detail. She is there to guide you every step, honestly hands down the best service I’ve ever had. I hope she is here working when I come back. Again amazing place, no better place to get a loan!

I went in to the store to get a loan and the Manager, a Miss Kali (I think was her name), was Very Knowledgeable & Extremely Helpful 🙏🏻 I was having difficulty with the online application customer service team and Gratefully, she stepped in, talked to them and got me a quick $7500 🤑 She even stayed late to help me out 🙏🏻 A BIG shout out to her Expertise and to Oportun for have Excellent Managers 🙏🏻🕉️
