Personal loan applicants may apply in person, online, or by phone in AZ, CA, FL, IL, NJ, NM, NV, TX, and UT; or online only in ID, MO, and WI.

The Oportun® Visa® Credit Card, issued by WebBank, Member FDIC, is currently available by invitation only.  In the future, it will be open to all consumers, except for residents in CO, IA, MD, WI, and WV.

California: Loans made pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law License. License

Florida: Licensed by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. License

Idaho: Licensed by Idaho Department of Finance.

Illinois: Licensed by Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation. License

Kansas: Licensed by the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner License

Louisiana: Licensed by the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions License

Missouri: Licensed by Missouri Division of Finance. LicenseMissouri Maximum Rates & Fees

Nevada: Oportun, LLC is licensed by the Nevada Department of Business and Industry, Division of Financial Institutions. License

New Hampshire: Licensed by the New Hampshire Banking Department

New Jersey: Licensed by the New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance. License

Oklahoma: Licensed by the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit License

South Carolina: Licensed and regulated by the South Carolina State Board of Financial Institutions, Consumer Finance Division and the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs.
