Except as otherwise indicated, loans are made by Oportun, Inc., and its personal loan lending business is licensed and/or regulated as follows:

Arizona: Licensed by the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions. License

California: Loans made pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law License. License

Florida: Licensed by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. License

Idaho: Licensed by Idaho Department of Finance.

Illinois: Licensed by Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation. License

Missouri: Licensed by Missouri Division of Finance. LicenseMissouri Maximum Rates & Fees

Nevada: Oportun, LLC is licensed by the Nevada Department of Business and Industry, Division of Financial Institutions. License

New Jersey: Licensed by the New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance. License
