- CheckFreePay at Walmart, Kmart, and more. Bring your Oportun loan number from your loan documents.
- MoneyGram at CVS, Walmart, and more. Bring your Oportun loan number from your loan documents. Use receive code 7991 for personal loans.
- PayNearMe at 7-Eleven and Family Dollar. Bring the barcode from your loan documents. Fee FREE.

Simply call us at 888-806-9170 or text “help” to 650-288-0003 between 8 am and 9 pm Monday through Friday, or between 8 am and 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.
Plus, because we know how important your credit score is, we won’t report any skipped payments as late if you make arrangements with us in advance.*
*Any existing past due status will continue to be reported. Finance charges will continue to accrue during enrollment in our hardship program
