Employee resource groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help create a deeper sense of belonging for our underrepresented groups at Oportun. ERG members connect, discuss challenges and advocate for solutions that strengthen our culture and work environment for all.
Oportun’s DEIB Council
In 2020, we launched the Oportun DEIB Council, a representative group of employees who work together to build an equitable and inclusive environment at Oportun that advances diversity, values individuals, and provides support through advocacy and programming.
Over the years, I’ve experienced firsthand the unity and commitment of Oportun family to foster a culture where we all can thrive. This is the fundamental reason why I’m part of Oportun and of the DEIB council. I cannot wait to see where this movement takes us.
