Khalid Jerwayni, VP, Customer Experience

Khalid joined Oportun in 2018 to lead customer experience and mobile products. He was previously senior director of product and experience innovation for the Capital One Cafés for six years, and a vice president at Wells Fargo for five years. Khalid’s passion for the customer experience began at Four Seasons Hotels, where he started his career after serving in the United States Army. When on the basketball court, all “DJ” Khalid does is win—no matter what.
